Scott’s story about his road to the opera by way of Denton, TX is filled with turns he never saw coming. What is not a surprise is that he was born to sing. Since he was a child Scott was performing on the stage with ease. He wasn’t even challenged when he continued to find himself winning national competitions at the collegiate level. Scott could sing. What he didn’t plan on was singing Opera for a career. What he planned on even less than that was winning a Grammy for it! In fact, Scott didn’t even know that was possible.
